FK45-1BCDL Fully Hydraulic Drilling Jumbo Released to Lead High-Efficiency Tunneling Construction
May. 11, 2026
Recently, the FK45-1BCDL fully hydraulic drilling jumbo was officially launched, providing a reliable and efficient solution for blast hole drilling and bolt hole construction in mining, metallurgy, water conservancy, railway, highway and other underground engineering projects. This model adopts full hydraulic drive and an advanced electro-hydraulic control system, integrating intelligent functions such as automatic stop, anti-jamming protection, end-point automatic stop and automatic flushing. These functions not only ensure stable and safe operation, but also greatly reduce manual intervention and operational difficulty, making the whole construction process more intelligent and efficient.
In terms of power configuration, the FK45-1BCDL adopts a dual-power system composed of a Cummins C130 diesel engine and an electric motor, with a total power of 73 kW and a rated supply voltage of 380 V. The wheeled walking structure enables a maximum traveling speed of 15 km/h, which improves the transition efficiency between construction sections. At the same time, the dual-power design effectively reduces noise, dust and energy consumption, optimizes the underground working environment, and meets the requirements of green and low-carbon construction.
The equipment is equipped with a YHD210 hydraulic rock drill and standard T38 rock drill tools, with outstanding drilling performance. It provides a maximum propulsion force of 15,000 N, impact energy of 450–550 J, impact frequency of 43–47 Hz, and rotating torque of 540 N·m. The drilling speed ranges from 0.8 to 3 m/min, the applicable hole diameter is Φ43–Φ102 mm, and the maximum drilling depth reaches 3,950 mm, fully meeting the construction requirements of blast holes and bolt holes in different working conditions.
The drilling arm assembly adopts the DF00266 model, with a telescopic stroke of 1,500 mm and a compensation stroke of 1,800 mm. It supports pitching from 20° downward to 60° upward, and left-right swing of 35° inward and outward. The flexible movement range enables all-round drilling operations on the section, roof, side walls and floor. With a patented impeller device, the equipment can quickly switch between blast hole drilling and bolt hole drilling, greatly improving construction flexibility and applicability.
In order to ensure stability and durability in harsh underground environments, the FK45-1BCDL is equipped with imported hydraulic pumps, multi-way valves and cartridge valves. The chassis assembly uses a DB75 transmission, KTKW015 wheel reducer, wet hydraulic braking system and 14.00-24 solid tyres, with a grade ability of 14%. The complete air control system and water control system provide stable air supply, lubrication, cooling and dust removal, protecting the drill and extending service life. The overall dimension of the whole machine is 12,700×1,900×3,100 mm, applicable to tunnel sections from 3.5×3.5 m to 6.5×7 m, and the total weight is about 16,000 kg.
With excellent comprehensive performance, the FK45-1BCDL effectively improves drilling efficiency, shortens construction period, reduces labor intensity and operation risk, and provides strong equipment support for the mechanized, intelligent and green development of tunneling and underground engineering construction.
