FK80-2BCDL (CYTJ86A2H) is a modern hydraulic drilling rig designed for small and medium-sized tunnels and underground drifts in mining, water conservancy, railway, highway and other engineering fields. It can cover a maximum operation section of 64 ㎡ and efficiently complete blast holes, bolt holes, cut holes and other drilling tasks. The machine adopts a mature and stable Direct Control System (DCS), matched with heavy-duty booms and high-performance HYG550 hydraulic rock drills. It still operates stably and reliably in underground environments with complex geology, high dust and strong vibration, making it a mainstream equipment to improve driving efficiency, ensure construction safety and reduce comprehensive operating costs.

As the core power source, the traveling system is equipped with a Deutz TCD2013L04 diesel engine, which can output 120kW rated power at 2300rpm and 618N·m torque at 1600rpm. It features strong power, fast response, low noise, low emission and low fuel consumption, meeting the requirements of underground green construction and environmental protection. The transmission system adopts Clark 24000 hydrostatic transmission, and the front and rear axles are German Dana 114 axles with front axle automatic limited-slip differential lock. With four-wheel drive and ±38° articulated steering, it is flexible and has strong passability. The tramming speed on flat ground exceeds 14km/h, the speed on 1:8 slope is greater than 6km/h, and the maximum gradeability reaches 1:4, enabling fast transition between working faces and roadway movement. The braking system adopts dual-circuit fully enclosed wet disc brakes with SAHR emergency and parking brakes, which are stable, safe and reliable, adapting to complex underground road conditions. The body is also equipped with two retractable hydraulic jacks at the front and rear, providing stable support during drilling, effectively reducing body vibration and improving drilling accuracy.

The boom and feed mechanism are key to ensuring operation range and flexibility. FK80-2BCDL adopts FKT 650 heavy-duty boom, with 1600mm boom extension and 1800mm feed extension. It has complete parallel holding function, supporting 360° roll-over of the feed, +70°/-45° pitching and ±45° maximum swing angle. It features accurate positioning and wide coverage, and can perform multi-angle and multi-position drilling on the face, roof, sides and floor in confined spaces. The feed beam is made of special aluminum alloy profile with stainless steel sliding strips, featuring high strength, light weight, good wear resistance, simple structure and easy maintenance. The drill rod centralizer is equipped with hardened steel wear parts, which can protect the drill rod and ensure good visibility and stable guidance. The equipment can adapt to 5525mm long drill rods and 4305mm standard drill rods, easily switching between blast hole and bolt hole construction to meet different process requirements.

The drilling host adopts HYG550 hydraulic rock drill, with impact power up to 24kW, impact frequency 60–75Hz, maximum hydraulic pressure 230bar, rotation torque 980N·m, speed range 0–300rpm. It can match R32, R38, T38 shank adapters, adapting to different rock hardness and drilling diameter requirements. The rock drill adopts a patented dual-damping system, which can efficiently absorb impact vibration, maintain continuous contact between drilling tools and rocks, significantly improve drilling speed and hole quality, reduce drilling tool wear and prolong service life. The interior adopts pressurized lubrication design, with longer maintenance intervals and effectively reduced consumable and maintenance costs.

The four systems of hydraulic, electric, air and water are fully configured and coordinated stably. The hydraulic system adopts two independent pumps, with automatic unloading at start, maximum system pressure 200bar, maximum oil tank volume 250L. It is equipped with complete protection devices such as low oil level alarm and shutdown, electronic oil temperature monitoring, 10um high-precision filtration, oil filter alarm and stainless steel water-cooled radiator to ensure long-term stable operation of the hydraulic system. The total installed power of the electrical system is 158kW, the main motor is 2×75kW, supporting 380–1000V wide voltage and 50–60Hz frequency, adapting to different power supply standards in mining areas. It is equipped with star-delta starting, motor thermal overload protection, digital voltmeter and ammeter, phase sequence and leakage indication, 8kVA transformer, 80m cable reel, etc., with centralized control and comprehensive protection. The air system is equipped with a high-quality air compressor, with a maximum flow rate of 26L/s at 9bar pressure, providing lubrication and purging for the rock drill. The water system adopts a hydraulically driven booster pump, with a maximum flow rate of 250L/min at 15bar pressure, minimum water inlet pressure 2bar, equipped with water flow and water pressure protection to achieve efficient dust removal, cooling and dust reduction.

In terms of control system, FK80-2BCDL adopts advanced PLC electronic control system and dual remote control, with anti-jamming function. It controls the feed speed through rotation pressure, effectively avoiding drill rod jamming and breaking, reducing consumable loss and downtime. The whole machine is equipped with FOPS safety roof, 24V electrical system, 2×125Ah battery, 8×70W tramming lights, 2×1000W working lights, illuminated stairs, brake lights, central lubrication system, catalyst, silencer, spirit levels, horn, beacon, reverse alarm, etc. The safety configuration is complete, fully ensuring the safety of operators.

FK80-2BCDL is designed with high durability, standardized parts, easy maintenance and economy as the core. While ensuring efficient construction, it greatly reduces failure rate and use cost. It is widely used in small and medium-sized tunneling projects such as metal mines, non-metal mines, water diversion tunnels, urban pipe galleries and traffic tunnels, making it an efficient, reliable and economical choice for modern underground engineering construction.
