20-ton underground truck : an efficient main model for mine transportation
As the backbone of the mine transportation field, the 20-ton ore transporter is widely used in underground mines, open-pit mines and other scenarios. With moderate load capacity, flexible traffic performance and stable operating efficiency, it has become a key equipment connecting the mining surface and the transfer point. The following is a detailed introduction from the aspects of core performance, technical characteristics, applicable scenarios and industry value:
1. Core performance parameters
The design of the 20-ton ore transporter revolves around "load adaptability" and "operation stability", and the core parameters include:Rated load: 20 tons (the actual load can be fine-tuned according to the density of the ore, and 10%-15% overload margin is usually reserved to cope with complex working conditions).
Power form: divided into traditional fuel (diesel) and new energy (pure electric). The power of fuel models is mostly 160-220kW, and the endurance depends on the capacity of the fuel tank; the electric model is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery (such as 150-200kWh), and the endurance can reach 8-12 hours (calculated based on 2-3 trips per hour).
Climbing ability: The climbing ability of the underground mine version is ≥15°, and the open-air version is ≥25°, which is suitable for the complex terrain of mine tunnels or ramps.
Minimum turning radius: 5-7 meters (depending on the structure of the vehicle model), meeting the turning requirements of narrow tunnels underground.
Maximum speed: 25-35km/h when unloaded, 15-20km/h when fully loaded, taking into account both efficiency and safety.
2. Technical features and innovative design
Power and transmission system
The fuel vehicle model uses a high-pressure common rail diesel engine, combined with a hydraulic mechanical transmission, with strong power output and adaptable to high-load continuous operation. It is also equipped with an exhaust gas purification device (such as a DPF particle trap) to meet the environmental protection requirements of mines.
The pure electric vehicle adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive technology, with a transmission efficiency of more than 90% (traditional mechanical transmission is about 80%), energy consumption is reduced by 20%-30%, and the noise is less than 75 decibels, which significantly improves the underground working environment. Some models support "charging + battery replacement" dual mode, with a battery replacement time of ≤5 minutes, solving the anxiety of battery life.
Industry value
Efficiency improvement: Compared with 15-ton models, the single transport volume increases by 30%, and the number of round trips can be reduced by 15%-20% in the same operating time, reducing the idle rate of equipment.
