The New 3-Cubic FKWJ-3 Undergoes Core Upgrades: Electronic Control & 360° Panoramic View Fortify Safety for Underground Operations

Feb. 06, 2026

Recently, the new 3-cubic FKWJ-3 equipment has completed a major upgrade, featuring a full electronic control transformation of the cab operation mode and the addition of a 360° panoramic imaging system. These upgrades comprehensively enhance the operational experience and safety protection, creating a safer and more efficient operational guarantee for underground operation users and better adapting to the operational requirements of complex underground working conditions.
This upgrade ushers in a brand-new iteration of the equipment's operation mode, fully replacing the traditional joystick hydraulic control with full electronic control. The electronic control system delivers more precise response and sensitive operation, greatly reducing the working intensity of operators. It also cuts down the maintenance frequency of the hydraulic system and improves the overall operational efficiency of the equipment. Compared with the hydraulic control mode, electronic control boasts higher stability, which can effectively avoid the impact of harsh underground environments on operational accuracy and make equipment control more convenient in narrow underground spaces.
To fundamentally improve the safety factor of underground operations, the newly upgraded FKWJ-3 is specially equipped with a 360° panoramic imaging system. The system achieves dead-angle-free coverage of the area around the equipment through multiple cameras and transmits real-time images of the operating environment, completely eliminating visual blind spots in underground operations. Operators can clearly grasp the environmental conditions around the equipment through the cab display screen, effectively avoiding collision risks between the equipment and surrounding facilities as well as tunnel walls. Meanwhile, potential safety hazards in the operation area can be detected in a timely manner, reducing the probability of underground operation accidents from the source.
The two core upgrades of the FKWJ-3 closely align with the safety and efficiency demands of underground operations, and realize a comprehensive improvement of equipment performance through technological innovation. The upgraded equipment will escort underground operation users with a more intelligent operation mode and more comprehensive safety protection, boosting the safe and intelligent development of the underground operation field.
