FKWJ-6 Underground Mining Loader

The FKWJ-6 scooptram is a 4 ton underground loader built for low-seam applications. Efficient and powerful VOLVO  256kW engine, which delivers maximum tramming and loading performance in the most demanding mining applications. Complete system integration of the engine and transmission to ensure fuel efficiency and smooth operation. Large window openings improve visibility, and large handles on either side provide three-point access to the cab and machine. The operator presence system protects the machine and the operator from uncontrolled machine motion.

FKWJ-6 Underground Loader has a powertrain tuned specifically for speed on grade mastering poor floor conditions and delivering maximum production in all speed ranges. It has the necessary strength and durability to work in tough conditions, but its precise controls and efficient operation set it apart. It offers superior stability, exceptional digging and lifting, and a variety of efficiency-boosting functions, plus a transmission that delivers constant power.

Hydraulic system that provides significantly more breakout force during digging, and that gives the machine faster dumping times at the other end of the cycle. Repositioned front linkage cylinders for better mechanical lift.

FKWJ-6 Scooptram Specific Description

Features that deliver excellent responsiveness, such as Auto Dig, which automates loading of the bucket; and pilot-controlled steering system to provide more acute feel in tight spaces.Hydraulically actuated auto retarding, which improves cycle times as operators gain confidence and become more comfortable on downhill grades at faster speeds.

High hydraulic flow rates that provide fast hydraulic and cylinder response and powerful lift forces, plus large-bore tilt and lift cylinders that deliver exceptional strength, performance and durability.

Proven Z-bar loader linkage geometry, which generates powerful breakout force and an increased rack back angle for better bucket loading and material retention.

Optional ride control system that reduces fore and aft pitch of the lift arm and bucket, giving operators confidence to travel at speeds above 5 km/h (3 mph) during load and carry operations for fast cycle times.

In a drive to constantly comply to stringent engine emission standards the entire GHH loader offering has a significant amount of products available in Tier 3, Tier 4 final and Stage V packages to support industy drive towards environmental and operator friendly working environments.

Unmatched strength when digging, pedaling and traversing steep grades, coupled with increased torque that effectively matches drivetrain shift points for maximum efficiency and fast cycle times. Excellent powertrain efficiency thanks to a high-capacity torque converter that delivers more power to the wheels.
